Course Overview

In this course you will learn how to identify and define the labour force, labour union and labour relations, understand the importance of employment laws and compliance with intentions of the laws, define the key procedural requirements for a fair disciplinary enquiry, understand the Labour Unions in the context of South Africa, identify and understand industrial disputes and settlements and understand labour dispute prevention and resolution.
